{ - .PORM S76 ORDER FOR TRANSFER of LOCATIONS—EXISTING POLES 7-1-3 9 In Board of Selectmen of the To n of MASHP Massachusetts ORDERED: - That on petition of NEW ENGLA D TELEPHONE AND TELL GRAPH COMPANY and CAPE & VI dated the fifth day of April, 19 43 each having locations in certain of the streets of the municipality: a location for a.certain pole or poles in the .public way r ways hereinafter referred to, heretofore granted to said NEW ENGLAl D TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY J CAPE & VINEYARDECT-RIC COMPANY is hereby transferred to said CAPE & VINEYARD MWTRIC COMPANY and permission is hereby granted (jointly) to maintain said pole or poles already existing and to'attach its their respective wires thereto, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as (any of) said transferee eompan y may deem necessary, all as requested in said petition. All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions:— Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight,and shall be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan marked—N. E. T. & T. CO., No. V 71 Dated —5-4 wed with this order.
