MASS..FORM ORDER FORTRANSFER SFE of LOCATIONS—EXISTING POLES 7-i-39 In Board of Selectmen of the Town of MASHPEEO Massachusetts I ��D. 9 r That on petition of l i�,w ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and CAFE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY dated the fifth day of April,* 1 each having locations in'certain of the streets of the municipality: a location for a certain pole or poles in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, heretofore granted to said NEW EN LAND TELEPHONE AND TELEOWPH COMPANY and CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY is hereby transferred to said ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and permission is hereby granted (jointly) to maintain said pole or poles already existing and to attach its their respective wires thereto, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as any of said transferee compan 7may deem necessary, all as requested iin said petition. All construction under this order shall be M* accordance with the following conditions-.- Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight,and shah be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan marked—N.
