MASS. 9 5677-1-39 ORDER FOR POLE RE-LOCATIONS r In Board of Selectmen of the Town of RA PEE. Massachusetts. ORDERED That the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE .AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY be and it is hereby granted a relocation for and permission to erect and maintain poles and wires to he placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Company may deem necessary, in the public war or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Company elated the 12th W» day of November, 19 43 All construction under this order shall be in accordance with'the following conditions:-7- Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set ubstan�tiall at the points indi- cated upon the plan marked—N.marked—N.
