ORDERED; That the NEW ENGLAND 'TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and CAPE & VINEYARD nECTRIC COMPANY be and they are hereby granted a 'oint relocation for and permission to erect and maintain poles and wires to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting matures as said Companies may deem neces- sary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 12th day of November,, I All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions:— Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan mx ed—N. There may be attached to said. poles by said' NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND 'T LE GRAPH COMPANY not to exceed forty wires and two cables and by said CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY not to exceed necessary wires., cables and fixtures and all of said wires and cables shaft be placed at a height of not less than 16 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet elsewhere!
