MASS.F04RM 1567 ORDER FOR POLE RELOCATIONS i In Board of Selectmen of the Town of MASHPEtE.1 Maahusett . f DE That the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH APH OMPANY be and it is hereby granted a relocation for and permission to erect and maintain a. line of wires, cables and poles, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures. as said Company rrnay deern necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Company dated the 30th -- day of August. 19 4640i All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions Poles,shad be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan marked ITT. There may be a�tta he to said poles not to exceed 40 wires and 2 cables, and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 18 feet from the ground elsewhere.
