ORDER..FOR-JOINT OR-IDE TICAL POLE LOCATI-ONS <br /> In.Board of Selectmen of the 'Town of � � Massachusetts. <br /> Notice having been given and a public hearing held, as provided,-by lave, <br /> IT IS MERE/ICY ORDERED• <br /> that the CAPE & VINEYARD LECTRIC COMPANY and <br /> NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND 'TELEGRAPH COMPANY <br /> be and they are hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to,erect- and maintain poles and <br /> their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustainirxg and protecting fixtures a <br /> said Companies may deem necessary,.in the public way or ways hereinafter referr d to, as requested in petition <br /> of said Companies dated the 26th day of November 19 46. <br /> All construction under this order small_. e in accordance with the following conditions:— <br /> Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall b set substantially t the pints indicated <br /> upon the plan marked C�. & V.-E.'C ., No.' 2210 Dated lq6vember 22, 1946 ..:.., <br /> fled with said petition.
