MASS.FORM 561 ORDER FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS Y In Board of Selectmen of the Town of I�� ' ' � � Massachusetts. t Notice having been given and a public hearing held, as provided by law, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: : ph that the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and CAPE & Va ;YARD ELECTRIC COMPANY be and they are hereby grated joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to,as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 21st day of may, 1 .. All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the folio ring conditions: Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight,and shall be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan marked—N. E. T. & T. CO., No. 6895 Dated May 21 filed with said petition. Where may be attached to said poles by said NEW E TGLANDTELL'P NE AND LEGR PH COMPANY n t to exceed Wires and 2 cables. and by said CAPE & VINEYARD 19 CTRIC C014PANY not to exceed necessary wires, cables and fixtares and all of said- fires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 18 feet from the ground elsewhere.
