UASSd IFORM 561 ORDER FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS 11-1-4 in Board of Selectmen of the 'down of MASHPEEv Massachusetts. "a Notice having been given and a public hearing held, as provided by law, , T IS HEREBY ORDERED that the N wENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and - CAPE & VINEYARDTRIC COMPANY, • be and they are hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting Mures as said Companies may deem necessary, in the public war or ways hereinafter referred to,as requested in petition of said Compan*es dated the 5th day of May., 1947 . A . construction under this order shall be in accordance with the follow conditions:--- oles shad be of sound timber, and reasonably straight,and shall be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan marked—N.. . T. & T. CO., No. 6861 Dated May 5, 19.47 - filed with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND G A H COMPANY not to exceed 4o wires and 2' cables, and by said C APE & VINEyARD ELECTRIC COMPANY not to exceed necesisary wires., cables., and fixtures • and an of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 18 feet from the ground elsewhere.
