He stated if <br /> the proposed amendments were not adopted held have to put in <br /> a factory or the like - or a motel . He would also still have to <br /> go before the hoard of Appeals to get a permit . He stated he I <br /> would like to put in something other than a factory or a motel. � <br /> He thanked the body for letting him speak. <br /> Motion was male and seconded an SP be inserted under industrial <br /> under A-5 on Fg. 12 . <br /> Question was raised from the floor of the desirability of a factory <br /> vs . a motel -. . .when a factory would gave people of the town much <br /> needed work; <br /> Remark yte from the floor that the Town has spent thousands of <br /> dollars or this plan which resulted in these by-laws which are <br /> not being; approved. Vote was called for. . .I . .motion did not carry. <br /> Motion was made article 15 be accepted as amended. <br /> Chris Burden rose to suggest changes in the 75 ft . frontage <br /> under line . 42 =4:. . . . .no seconds were heard. <br /> Moderator; Lacking a second, I now ask for a vote on Article <br /> 1.5 as amended. <br /> A motion was again heard - that Article 15 as amended be <br /> accepted. Hand count was taken - 56 for and 9 opposed. <br /> Motion was carried. <br /> Motion made and seconded meeting be adjourned. . .adjournment at <br /> 11 PM <br />
