As a compromise amendment, Why could we not vote to raise <br /> and appropriate $2,000.00 toward further restoration. <br /> Garland® We have wasted a good deal of money on this project as It <br /> is. Our former contracts were not suitable. We are now trying t <br /> compromise from $8,000.0 to 2,000. 0. The Federal Government has put $21,000.00 <br /> in escrow for the Town. We get It in steps . - on completion of differ- <br /> ent phases.
