Open Meeting and roll call <br /> Chairman Riley called the meeting to order at 1:OOpm. <br /> Present: Dan Riley,Andrew Eliason, Ken Hannaford <br /> 2. Minutes: <br /> a. Approve January 13,2020 Meeting Minutes. <br /> Motion: Mr. Eliason moved to approve the 1/13/20 minutes,Mr.Hannaford <br /> seconded. <br /> Vote: 3-0 unanimous <br /> 3. Comments from Town Manager's Office. <br /> Mr. Riley said Town Hall asked if MCAT would play a role in negotiating the Town's <br /> contract with Comcast, he said we would. <br /> 4. Interview of prospective committee members. <br /> Jennifer McLarnon, Christopher Nelson, and Mike Segroves introduced themselves and <br /> gave a brief explanation of why they would like to join MCAT. No further questions <br /> from the Board. <br /> Motion: Mr.Eliason moved to approve Jennifer McLarnon, Christopher Nelson, <br /> and Mike Segroves to the Committtee,Mr.Hannaford seconded. <br /> Vote: 3-0 unanimous <br /> 5. David DelVecchio will report on any IT updates. <br /> Mr. DelVecchio said there is nothing substantial to report at this time, everything is <br /> running well,we're doing a good job. <br /> 6. Mashpee Community Television updates—Bill Nay <br /> No update at this time. <br />
