The bog is <br /> in a good state of readiness, it's in very good shape. The purpose of the site visit was to take a <br /> look at all the infrastructure at the bog. All the sprinkler heads, hoses, and pvc piping should be <br /> removed by the owner. We'll go back to look at the pump house and other areas we couldn't get <br /> into before we make a final decision on what has to say or go. <br /> Mr. Sweet asked if there is alternative use for other groups. Agent said the barn may be used at <br /> some point for some purpose, but it is a very remote location. <br /> • Update: Redbrook Pond Culvert (Mashpee/Falmouth town line) <br /> Agent said the culvert has sprung a leak and it is unclear as to who owns the culvert. The cause is <br /> unknown now, There were attempts to seal the leak by replacing old culvert boards and stacking <br /> - sand bags but-the leak persisted Further investigations are needed. - - <br /> __HEARINGS: <br /> 6:00 John J. Cleary, 4 Wheelhouse Lane. Proposed hardscape and landscape modifications. RDA <br /> Continued from 719, wetlands violation to be addressed. <br /> Applicant requested a continuance. <br /> Motion: Mr. Swartzbaugh moved to continue to 8113/20 at 6:09pm, Mr. Smith seconded. <br /> Vote: 5-0 unanimous <br /> 6:03 Ian P. &Alissa R. Saarmann, 318 Red Brook Road. Proposed landscape modifications and RDA <br /> fence installation. <br /> Douglas Knapp presented plans. Homeowner is asking for some vegetation pruning along the <br /> side of the home and fencing around the backyard area <br /> Agent showed pictures of the property. He said it's all pretty straightforward work, no impacts <br /> to the wetlands within the 100 ft buffer zone. He recommends a negative determination. <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved for a negative determination, Mr. O'Neil seconded. <br /> Vote: 5-0 unanimous <br /> 6:06 Steven F. & Donna M.
