(Agent to inquire with local land trusts for Conservation Restriction). Town counsel said we should be closing on this property around September 15th. When lands are purchased through CPA finding and deeded to Conservation Commission, they have to have a Conservation restriction established and held onto by an entity other than- the Conservation Commission. We'll be reaching out to local land trusts who already who CR's for us. Ultimately the bogs will be'-restored'to wetland habitat. • Update: Red Brook Road culvert ownership status. We're still investigating the ownership responsibility aspect of this, the owner has been identified, but the owner has disputed ownership. The priority is getting the leak fixed, - which involves effort and expense. It's turning into a wetland instead of a flooded bog.
