This has to do with an AOOC that's a minor <br /> change in work. This was an 18" oak tree, there is a situation with the utility lines, and we all <br /> agreed on site that the loss of 1 tree is less intrusive than the loss of several trees to <br /> accommodate utility connections. There is no feedback from abutters. The applicant is <br /> willing to do mitigation for the loss of this tree. <br /> Motion: Mr. O'Neil moved to approve the administrative approval, Mr. Swartzbaugh <br /> seconded. <br /> Vote: 4-0 unanimous <br /> • Day Signs: Pickerel Cove sign estimate <br /> The old wooden conservation sign is really deteriorated, we got a quote from Day Signs of <br /> - $995. <br /> Motion: Mr. O'Neil moved to approve to release funds of$995 to purchase the sign for <br /> Pickerel Cove, Mr.-Swartzbaugh seconded. - - <br /> Vote: 4-0 unanimous <br /> HEARINGS: <br /> 6:00 John J. Calnan, 429 Monomoscoy Road. Proposed hardscape and landscape modifications NOI <br /> with mitigation plantings. Representative: Michael Borselli, Falmouth Engineering. Continued <br /> from 5128 to address wetlands violation and submit mitigation plan. <br /> Agent said this was in very close proximity to the top of an armored coastal bank. The history <br /> of the site showed some substantial mitigation was never done. We made it known to the <br /> homeowner and they decided to withdraw this. We will pursue getting that situation into <br /> compliance. <br /> Motion: Mr. O'Neil moved to accept the withdrawal, Mr. Swartzbaugh seconded. <br /> Vote: 4-0 unanimous <br /> 6:03 Mary Jane Laus, 45 Seconsett Point Road. Proposed stone wall repair, stair reconstruction, NOI <br /> and beach nourishment. <br /> Jack E. Landers-Cauley presented plans. <br /> Agent said any vegetation the Commission deems may need to be replaced can be put in as <br /> a condition. We would require documentation for the beach nourishment that the sand is <br />
