Baxter Nye Engineering site visit update. <br /> Agent showed pictures of Willowbend violations/site visit. This mitigation plan is in full progress <br /> and involves a 5 year maintenance plan. <br /> • Discussion: CPA Article approvals of Chopchaque Bog and surrounding upland. Bog <br /> flooding/habitat study. <br /> CPA funds were approved at Town Meeting. We will purchase this land. The ultimate plan is to <br /> convert this back into wetlands to improve water quality of Santuit Pond. <br /> HEARINGS: <br /> 6:00 Steven F. & Donna M. McDonald, 126 Wading Place Road. Proposed Amendment of Order AOOC <br /> of Conditions 43-2971 to allow for coastal bank restoration and associated hardscaping. This <br /> includes previously_approved-demolition/reconstruction of single-family,..dwelling, swimming <br /> pool, spa, septic system and landscaping. At request of applicant, continued from 5128, 6111. <br /> Representative: Thomas Bunker, BSS Design. <br /> Applicant requested a continuance. <br /> Motion: Mr. Mr. McKay moved to continue to 7/23/20 at 6:06pm, Mr. Colombo seconded. <br /> Vote: 6-0 unanimous <br /> 6:03 Mary E. Bass. 99 Pickerel Cove Circle. Permit existing floating seasonal dock. RDA <br /> Mary Bass, the homeowner, presented plans. <br /> Agent said they have a grandfathered dock at this property, the purpose of this is to get the <br /> footprint on record. After tonight, Mary will take this to Chapter 91. This meets all performance <br /> standards. The home address must be displayed on the farthest post. No other comments. <br /> Mr. Colombo asked where in relationship to the shallow water buoy the dock is. Agent said it's <br /> pretty much at the center line of the channel. The Harbormaster said there was no navigation <br /> concern. <br /> Motion: Mr. Mr. McKay moved for a negative determination, Mr. Smith seconded. <br /> Vote: 6-0 unanimous <br />
