At the rate of current billing we will be short approximately $3,000 for this year. The Group Insurance Account is short due to an increase in the number of employees choosing to participate. Motion made by Selectman Marsters, Motion-, I move the Town vote to appropriate and transfer $3,350 from the Medical Insurance Account with said funds to be distributed as follows: $3,000 to the Unemployment Account and $350 to the Group Insurance Account. Motion passes at 7:34 p.m. Article 9 To see if the Town will vote to transfer the sum of$4,000 from the Interest Inside Two and One Half Account to the Debt Service Cost account. Submitted by the Board of Selectmen Explanation: This article seeks funding to reimburse the Trust for Public Lands in the amount Of $9,500 for appraisal services needed to make the Town eligible for its FY 1997 Commonwealth of Massachusetts Self-Help grant in the amount of $270,000 and $30,000 to offset the cost of legal bills for the remainder of Fiscal Year 1997.
