It is used as needed to, do <br /> general engineering and/or technical analysis of work to be done on. conservation. land, such as <br /> habitat enhancement, bank stabilization, etc. If the fund is not re-authorized,, it will be lost to <br /> the Commission's use for these purposes. <br /> Recommendation, Finance Committee recommends approval. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to re-authorize the Conservation Professional and Technical <br /> Services Account. <br /> Motion passes at 8.24 p.m. <br /> Article 28 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend §100-3 of Chapter 100 of the Mashpee Code by deleting <br /> the present text of said section and substituting the following: <br /> The penalty for a violation of this chapter shall be $25.00 for the first offense and $50.00 for the <br /> second and any subsequent offense. <br /> Submitted by the Chief of Police and Town Clerk <br /> Explanatiom By establishing a fee, the Town would guarantee that the physically challenged <br /> will have appropriate parking available to them. Violators not paying this fine within 21 days <br /> of issuance will be forwarded to the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
