Article 41 voted to be indefinitely postponed <br /> Article 42 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend Chapter 170 of the Masbpee Code as adopted at Town <br /> Meeting October 1995 as follows: <br /> 1. Chapter 170 §14(a) Pertaining to personal flotation devices, change the clause to <br /> read "without an approved weara le personal flotation device on board for each <br /> occupant as required under Chapter 9013, §5 and 323 CMS.: 2.07 (10), (14), <br /> (15 17 <br /> or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Waterways Commission <br /> Article 42 voted to be indefinitely postponed <br /> Article 43 <br /> To see if the Town. will vote to delete Article XIV (Coastal Resources Management <br /> Committee) of Chapter 5 of the Code of the Town of Mashpee in its entirety and substitute the <br /> following: <br /> "ARTICLE XIS <br /> Natural Resources Management Committee <br /> § 5-55. Appointment9* membership; term. <br /> The Natural Resources Management Committee shall be composed of representatives of <br /> Town agencies involved in the management of coastal and other natural resources and of <br /> members from the community at large: <br /> A. <br /> a. Board of Health or Health Agent, if designated by the Board of Health, <br /> b. Conservation Commission or Conservation Agent, if designated by the <br /> Conservation Commission, <br /> C. Planning Board or Town Planner, if designated by the Planning <br /> Board, <br /> d. Harbormaster. <br /> e. Shellfish Commission or Shellfish Constable, if designated by the <br /> Shellfish Commission, <br /> f. Waterways Commission <br /> g. Public Works Director. <br /> Each agency, except for Harbormaster and Public Works Director, shall annually <br /> appoint one regular member and one alternate to serve on this committee. The <br /> alternate shall not vote except in the absence of the regular member. <br /> 17 <br />
