To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds $75,000 to be transferred to the Town. Hall Renovation. Account to partially fund the laying of water mains 41 by the Mashpee Water District,, not to exceed 12" in diameter, along Main Street (Route 130) and Great Neck Road North from the intersection of Main Street and South Sandwich Road to the southerly bound of a parcel of land referred to on the 1995 Town of Mashpee Assessor's Maps as Map 36, Parcel 16; and to fund other incidental and associated costs relative to supplying town water to Town Hall, or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Board of Selectmen and the Board of Health Motion: The Town vote to appropriate and transfer from revenue available for appropriation $75,000 to the Town Hall Renovation Account. Motion passes at 80.09 P.M. Article 16 To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds the sum of 11,320 to the DPW Snow and Ice Account, or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Director, Department of Public Works Motion: The Town vote to appropriate and transfer from revenue available for appropriation $11,320 to the D.P.W. Snow and Ice Account. Motion passes at 8:13 p.m. Article 17 To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer from available funds the sum of $520,815 to complete road improvement projects under Chapter 90 of the General Laws, or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Director, Department of Public Works Motion: The Town vote to complete road improvement projects under Chapter 90, and for said purposes and for expenses incidental and related thereto, the Town vote to authorize the Treasurer with the approval of the Board of Selectmen to borrow $520,815 at one time or from time to time pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 6. Motion passes unanimously at 8:14 p.m.
