Motion passes unanimously at 8:22 p.m. <br /> Article 25 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to designate the Conservation Commission as the Town Forest <br /> Committee, to manage and care for any lands designated as Town Forests, under the provisions <br /> of Chapter 45, Section 22 of the General Laws, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> Motion: Article 25 be voted as printed in the warrant, with the exception of the phrase, "or <br /> take any other action relating thereto". <br /> Motion passes at 8:23 p.m. <br /> Article 26 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to designate for cemetery purposes that parcel of land identified on <br /> the Mashpee Assessors' Maps as Map 89, Block 1, also known as the Walter R. Mingo lot, <br /> bounded by Great Neck Road South on the east, Great Hay Road on the west and the <br /> Greenwood Estates subdivision on. the south, to determine that said parcel shall not be held as <br /> conservation land under the provisions, of MGL C.40, § 8C, to rescind its approvals of Article <br /> 40 of the November 13, 1989 Special Town Meeting warrant, of Article 29 of the March 1, <br /> 1965 Annual Town Meeting warrant and of Article 41 of the March 4, 1963 Annual Town <br /> Meeting warrant insofar as they related to said parcel, to remove the designation of said parcel <br /> as a Town Forest and, finally, to direct the Board of Selectmen to submit a petition to the <br /> General Court requesting the removal of the designation of said parcel as a Town Forest, or take <br /> any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> Motion: Article 26 be voted as printed in the warrant, with the exception of the phrase, "or <br /> take any other action relating thereto". <br /> Motion made to 'Indefinitely postpone defeated at 8:31 p.m. <br /> Motion passes Yes 171 No 15 at 8:31 p.m. <br /> Article 27 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw by deleting the first sentence of <br /> Section 174-40 and replacing it with the following: <br /> "In the C-1, C-1-SVI C-1-0� C-2 and 1-1 zoning districts, there shall be required a minimum <br /> separation of two hundred (200) feet between the centerline of any accessway to Routes 28,, 151 <br /> or 130 or to Great Neck Road North and any other such accessway or to the sideline of any <br /> street intersecting said roadways. Said minimum separation shall also be maintained between <br /> any accessway to a street intersecting said roadways and the sideline of said roadways. Where a <br /> lot in existence on October 7, 1996 has inadequate frontage to meet these separation <br /> requirements, the maximum feasible separation shall be maintained and only one accessway <br /> 9 <br />
