Motion made by Curtis Frye. <br /> Motion: I move Article 32 be voted as printed in the warrant. <br /> Planning Board recommends approval. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 7:38 p.m. <br /> Article 33 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw by adding the following new Subsection 174-25.B (15) <br /> to the Mashpee Zoning Bylaw "Table of Use Regulations": <br /> "(15) Golf driving range operated as a business for gain, with access only from Main Street (Route 130) if <br /> located in an I-1 industrial zoning district." <br /> And to indicate that such use is allowed by special permit in the C-1, C-1-0, C-1-SV, C-2 and I-1 districts by <br /> adding the letters "SP" in the Table of Use Regulations under those columns, while leaving the R-3 and R-5 <br /> columns blank to indicate that such use is not allowed in those residential districts, or take any other action <br /> related thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Planning Board <br /> Explanation: This article would allow the development of for-profit golf driving ranges in the industrial zoning <br /> district located in the northwestern part of the town off Route 130, in addition to the commercial districts in <br /> which they are currently permitted. A specific project has been proposed in that area on the north side of the <br /> Town's Heritage Memorial Park recreation area. <br /> Motion made by Nancy Caffyn. <br /> Motion: I move Article 33 be voted as printed in the warrant, with the exception of the phrase, "or take any <br /> other action relating thereto." <br /> Planning Board recommends approval. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 7:46 p.m. <br /> Article 34 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend Article VII, Groundwater Protection District, of the Zoning Bylaw by <br /> replacing the current language of Section 174-80.F. with the following, indicating that such uses are allowed in <br /> the District: <br /> "F. Land uses which result in the rendering impervious of no more than fifteen percent (15%) or two thousand <br /> five hundred (2,500) square feet of any lot, whichever is greater, except as permitted under Section 174-82." and <br /> by replacing the current language of Subsection 174-81.N. with the following, indicating that such uses are <br /> prohibited in the District: <br /> "N.
