Town of Mashpee <br /> Annual Town Meeting <br /> October 2, 1995 <br /> Meeting called to order at 7:34 p.m. <br /> 289 Voters present <br /> 0 Quorum <br /> Barnstable, ss: Greetings <br /> To the Constables of the Town, <br /> In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and <br /> summon the inhabitants of the Town of Mashpee who are qualified to vote in the elections to <br /> meet at the Mashpee Middle School on Monday, the 2nd day of October, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. for <br /> the following purposes: <br /> To act on the articles contained in the following Warrant. <br /> Article 1 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds $1,086.83 to <br /> pay previous fiscal year unpaid bills as follows: <br /> Mike's Service Station $ 81.33 <br /> Cape Cod MSPCA $ 12.00 <br /> Mike's Service Station $ 24.53 <br /> Daniel Gould $300.00 <br /> Dovetail Consulting $600.00 <br /> NYNEX $ 20.25 <br /> Little River Boatyard $ 22.20 <br /> New Seabury Marina $ 26.52 <br /> or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by Board of Selectmen <br /> Explanation: Approval of this article is necessary to pay for outstanding bills that were <br /> submitted by various departments after the close of the previous year. <br /> Recommendation: Finance Committee recommends approval. <br /> Motion made to accept article as read. <br /> Motion passes 270-1 at 7:38 p.m. <br /> 1 <br />
