Pare Special Town Meeting Mashpee Jan. 31s 1973 Article 4 atd. t Upon request of the moderator Vilvl.iam Marsters, Ch n of the Pl.arrin Board arose to present article 4, a long and involved article as seen above. Marsters: 1 would like to state that 1 know some of you are wondering why the article in question is important enough to call a special Town meeting for its consideration. 1t w s called because we Feel that even the existing densities are to heavy, They could be very harmful® We wish to hold the line here and to decrease the densities of future developments. The Town is developing at such a rapid rate that we feel that now is the time to do it® There is no time to wait for a regular Town meeting.
