REGULATION OF 11.,��►ILLEI� COACH PARKS AND r AUTO-T1 All R { Section 1, No license shall be granted under the provisions of Chapter _ } 140, Section 32A,. to Section 32L, inclusive, of the General Laves, except by Y -the unanimous Grote of the Board of Selectment. No renewal of such ' license shall be granted except by.the unanimous vote of the Board of ' ^ Selectmen. t Section 2. RULDS AND REGULATIONS. The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Mashp ee shall have the power to promulgate rules and regulations for the enforcement of the provisions of this ordinance, and for the purpose of insuring the maintenance of tourist camps and strut_ u tares therein in a manner compatible with public health and safety. Section 3. REGULATION: No person shall park, store or occupy a tent or trailer for living or business purposes except the owner of land may permit occupancy of such land by }naon-paying guests usingfor a trailer (but not a tent), living purposes, for a period not exceeding twenty W) days in any calendar year. A permit for this purpose must be obtained from the F Building Inspector before the land can be so occupied. No more than f I : one guest trailer permitted with any one residence or on any -one lot. (All previously existing by-lags inconsistent with the foregoing are hereby repealed. If any provision of these by-laws shall be declared unconstitutional -or illegal by -competent authority, the validity of the remaining provisions of the bylaws .shall not be affected thereby.) ACTION: Motion made and seconded that Article VI of Chapter II of the warrant Article 32 be amended by stri - ing out section (1) one and substituting as follows: Section 1. There shall be a Finance Committee, consis- ting of (5) five voters of the Town, who shall be elected from the floor, one for the terra of one year, two for the term of two years and two for the terns of three years: subsequent annual elections to choose one member for a term of three t. . years.
