CIVIL DEFENSE ADVISORY COUNCIL, <br /> f ! There is hereby established a civil defense advisory <br /> F <br /> council (hereinafter called the "council"). Said council <br /> shall serve without pay and shall consist of the director ti <br /> .d 11:yn rSl <br /> ^•rf53 I <br /> of civil defense, such other department heads and such <br /> other persons as the authority appointing said director <br /> may deem necessary. TERMINA.TION OF ORDINANCE (BY <br /> LAW).
