1 <br /> 20 <br /> Speci al Town Meeting Warrant <br /> PRIL 16, 1951 <br /> BA1 NSTABLE, SS: To either of the Constables of the <br /> Town of Mash pee, CTREETING: <br /> ` In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachu- <br /> setts, you are directed to notify and summons the in- <br /> habitants of the Town of Mashpee, qualified to vote in <br /> elections to meet at the New Town Hall on Monday the <br /> Sixteenth day of April, 1951 at 8 o'clock P. M. for the <br /> following purposes, to act on the articles contained in 1 <br /> the following warrant. <br /> Article 1. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> I I ' <br /> appropriate the sung of $7,O00.00 to purchase a fully <br /> ! equipped Fire Truck; $1,000.00 to be raised and added to F <br /> - y <br /> this year's tax levy, and $6,000.00 to be borrowed on notes <br /> Jild and paid at the rate of $1,500.00 a year for four years <br /> under Chapter 44, Section 7, Clause 9 of the General <br /> I Laws of Massachusetts, or take any action thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it <br /> was voted to accept article as read.
