- R 63 Article 41. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or appropriate from available funds in the trea- sury the suns of $125.00 for tax title foreclosure expenses or take any other action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept the article, funds to be appropriated from available funds in the treasury. Unanimous vote. Article 42. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Assessors to use $2,00-0-00 of free cash in the Treasury to help reduce the Town Tax Date or take any other action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept the article as read. Vote: 31 for, 23 opposed, Article 43. To see if the Town will vote to continue the services. of the Mashpee Advisory Commission for another three gears beginning April 1, 1054, or take any other action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept the article as read. Unanimous vote. Article 44. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sufficient. amount of money to purchase two spinner-type sanding machines for the Highway Department. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was a voted to raise and appropriate $525.00. Unanimous vote. Article 45. To see if the Town will vote to require all 'down elective officers or employees of the Town whose salary or salaries exceed $1,600.00 per annurn will be required to Work 40 hours weekly on a five day weekly basis or take an other action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to be tabled.
