To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sung of $100.00 for acquiring by purchase or eminent domain the land necessary for the, location of said Mashpee Neck load and Landing at the Cherry Tree or take any other action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded It was voted to accept the article as read. Vote: 57 for none apposed. Article 55. To see if the Town will Grote to accept the lay out of the Town way in the South part of Mashpee known as Red Brook Road with the boundaries and measurements as rec-ommended by the Selectmen under date of Dec. 27, 1951 and - Plan of Red Brook- Load, South Mashpee, as laid out by the Selectmen December 27, 1951, scale 40 ft. to an inch, Charles :. N. Savery, C.E., and will authorize the Selectmen to take by purchase or by eminent domain in behalf of the Town the interests in land within the lines of said layout for this purpose or take any lather action thereon, Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was j voted to accept article 55 as read.
