69 Article 41. To see if the Town will vote to require all articles submitted for insertion in the warrant to be signed by sponsors in order to be valid or take any other action thereon. Action: Tabled. Article 42. To see if the Town will assume liability in the manner provided by section 29 of Chapter 9E1 of the General Laws, -as most recently amended by Chapter 5, Acts of 19553 for all damages that may be incurred by work to be performed by the Department of Public works of Massachu- setts for the improvement, development, maintenance and protection of tidal and non--tidal rivers and streams, harbors, tidewaters, foreshores and shores along a public beach, out- side of Boston Harbor including the Merrimack and Connec- ticut Rivers, in accordance with section. 11 of Chapter 91 of the General Laws, and authorize the selectmen to execute and deliver a bond of indemnity therefor to the Common- wealth. To see if the Town will vote to accept a ; By-Law regulating and restricting the height of structures F or objects of natural growth in the vicinity of the Otis Air Force Bas-e by the creation of airport approachprotection pp regulations and establishing the boundaries thereof: MODEL AIRPORT APPROACH BY-LAW In pursuance of the authority conferred by Chapter 90, Sections 40A through 401 inclusive of the General Laws and for the purpose of promoting the health, safety and general welfare of the public by preventing the creation, establish- + f ment and maintenance of airport hazards, thereby protecting i the lives and property of users of the Otis .Air Force Base and of the occupants of land in its vicinity and preventing des- truction or impairment of the airport and the public invest- Ment therein; y Section 1.
