To see if the Town Will vote to accept the <br /> Town Officers reports or take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Article voted unanimously to be accepted as <br /> read. <br /> Article 3. To see if the Town will dear and act upon <br /> the reports of any Committees hereto chosen, or appoint <br /> Committees for any purpose the Town may deem advisable. <br /> Action: Albert Whitmore Jr. gave a report for the School <br /> Building Committee. Mrs. Label Avant gave the Library <br /> Needs Committee report. Noted unanimously to accept all <br /> reports. <br /> Article 4. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br /> Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, to bor- <br /> row money from time to time in anticipation of revenue of <br /> the financial year 'beginning on January 1, 1962 and to issue <br /> a note or notes therefor payable in, one year and to renew <br /> such note or notes that may be given for a period of one <br /> year or less in accordance with Section 17, Chapter 44 of the <br /> General Lags. <br /> Action: Voted unanimously that article be accepted as' <br /> read. <br /> Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br /> 'down Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen, to <br /> extend for a period or periods not exceeding in the aggregate <br /> Six months beyond the maximum term provided by law, any <br /> debt. or debts incurred under this vote, or take any other <br /> action thereon. <br /> Action; Article voted unanimously to be accepted as <br /> read. <br />
