All chimneys hereafter built 'in any building <br /> used for habitation, business, or for public assembly, shall-be <br /> built of brick or other incombustible material, constructed <br /> from the ground up and not supported or hung in any way <br /> by wood or combustible material. <br /> Para. 2. All chimneys shall have a terra-cotta flue lin- <br /> ing unless the chimney walls are 8 inches thick or more and <br /> shall be carried up to at least one foot above the highest <br /> a point of the roof. <br /> Para. 3.
