The polls will be open at <br /> helve o'clock noon and may be closed at seven-thirty p.m. <br /> S <br /> The meeting was opened at 7:45 p.m. March 2, 1964 by <br /> Selectman Leroy Aiken. <br /> Motion was made :and seconded to appoint Mr. William ' <br /> Mills -as a temporary Moderator for the meeting. It was <br /> unanimous vote. <br /> Reverend Frederick R. Nagle offered a prayer. A moment <br /> of silence was observed for Col. William R. Yundt, former <br /> nioderator who is now deceased. <br /> The tellers were Mrs. Ellen Hendricks and Miss Eleanor <br /> Peters. The tellers polled the house and found that there <br /> were 64 registered voters present, which is a quorum. <br /> Article 1. To see if the Town will vote to amend the <br /> ToWn By-Laws as provided for in Chapter 40 Section 32, to <br /> read as follows: <br /> "Article 6 Finance Committee - Section 1.
