Article 11, by adding thereto the following section, to be known as Section 1 , entitled, AREA REGULATIONS, namely .L , AREA REGULATIONS } L. Filled Land. No person shall fill any,area in the Town of Mashpee with earth, concrete, or other r material to a depth in excess of five (5) feet without p r a permit from the Board of Selectmen.. Said Board t. may require an applicant for such permit to furnish such plans or specifications as the Board may deem - necessary and any permit is sued hereunder may con- tain such provisions, conditions or limitations as the Board may deem proper.
