T 60 Article 11. To see if the 'town will gate to raise and appropriate the sum of $2,250.00 to meet the Town's share of the cost of Chapter 81 Highway and in addition to trans- fer from unappropriated mailable funds in the -Treasury the sum of $8,250.00 to meet the State share of the cost of work, this amount when reimbursed to be returned to surplus rev- enue or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded to accept. article -as read. Voted 40 for, none opposed. Article 12. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $5,0.00.00 to be expended in conjunc- tion with Highway construction under Chapter 90, represent- ing the Town's share and to transfer from available funds in the Treasurer the sum of $15,000.00 representing the State and County share. This amount when reimbursed to be re- turned to surplus revenue or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made. and seconded to accept article as read. voted 38 for, none opposed. _ Article 13. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $1,000.00 to be used in conjunction :i with Highway maintenance under Chapter 90, representing the Town's share and to transfer from available funds in the Treasury the sum of $2,000.00 representing the State and County share. This amount when reimbursed to be returned to the surplus revenue or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as read. voted 37 for, none opposed. Article 14. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate = or transfer from available funds in the Treasurer, that the Town has or will have under Chapter8 , of the Act of 1962, the sum of $3,968.46 t,o the construction of 2,600 feet of old - { Barnstable- Road with 20 fe.et wide, 3-inch nix in place or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made -and seconded to raise and apro- priate the sum of $3,968.66, that the Town has or will have under Chapter 782, of the Act of 1962, to the construction of 2600 feet of Old Barnstable Road with 20 feet wide, --inch mix in place.
