45 <br /> 9.534 Community -buildings and recreational facilities <br /> for the exclusive use of the residents of the PRC and their <br /> guests <br /> 9.535 Buildings for uses ordinarily incidental to the <br /> construction, operation and maintenance of a Planned Re- <br /> tirement Community, including buildings for the mainte- <br /> nance and administration of the PRC and for the storage <br /> of -equipment and supplies therefor; model dwellings, offices <br /> and facilities for the sale of dwelling units and furnishings <br /> therefor; and buildings and facilities for furnishing to the <br /> PRC sewage collection -treatment and disposal, potable or <br /> other water, and other utilities, and for the operation and <br /> maintenance thereof, <br /> C <br /> 9.536 Any uses permitted under Section 6.3(D). <br /> 9.54 Height- <br /> ll buildings and structures within a PRC shall be sub- <br /> ject to -the height restrictions for R-I and R-2 zoning dis- <br /> tricts set forth in section 7; provided that there shall be no <br /> restriction on the height of water tanks and mechanical <br /> equipment serving the PRC, or the height of towers located <br /> in the PRC. <br /> 9.55 Space Requirements <br /> Recognizing that the PRC concept may not provide for <br /> the creation of standard building lots, but may instead re- <br /> quire all or a portion of the land within the PRC to be <br /> owned in common as provided in Sections 9.5621 or 9�.56 2j <br /> notwithstanding the provisions of Section 7 of this By-Law <br /> all, buildings in a Planned Retirement Community which <br /> has such common land ownership shall be situated in re+-- <br /> lation to streets and other buildings in a manner consistent <br /> with accepted engineering and design standards of multi- <br /> density residential land development, with due consideration <br /> being given to the access of each residential building to <br /> streets, parking areas, natural lighting and ventilation, as <br /> well as proximity to neighboring buildings, and with each <br /> building to be located in such a manner as to create a total <br /> community concept, <br /> 9.551 Where a PRC is to be developed pursuant to a <br /> i plan as to which approval of the Planning Board under the <br /> Subdivision Control Law is required, no single family or <br /> accessory use structure shall be built closer to the street <br /> line, sideline or .rear line than the minimum requirement of <br />
