IN <br /> 75 <br /> said first meeting shall be presided over by the representative <br /> of the Planning Board, or alternatively by a representative <br /> of the Town 'bodies or citizens associations in the order listed <br /> herein. <br /> The members of this Commission shall serge without <br /> compensation. Submitted by Taxpayers of Mashpee. <br /> Action, Moved ,and seconded that Article 59 be tabled. <br /> So voted. <br /> Article 60. To see if the Town will vote that in order to <br /> rn re- <br /> pro�note and provide an orderly opportunity forth the °Co p <br /> hensive Plan Review Commission to .serve its purpose as pro- <br /> vided for in the immediately preceding vote insofar as its <br /> functions designated therein are concerned, Section 9• of the <br /> Zoning By--Law be and is hereby amended by adding thereto <br /> the following Section 9.43: <br /> SUSPENSION OF SUB-DIVISION PLAN APPROVAL <br /> 9.43 Notwithstanding anything contained this By-Law to <br /> the contrary, no plans for subdivision requiring Planning <br /> Board approval shall be received or approved by the Planning <br /> Board prior to May 31, 1975; provided however, that this sub- <br /> section shall not apply to state or federally subsidized low <br /> or moderate income housing developments; and provided <br /> that this sub-section shall not apply to business, commercial, <br /> or industrial developments. Submitted by Taxpayers of <br /> Mashpee,, <br /> Action: illegal article, No action. <br /> Article 61. To see if the Town will vote to prohibit <br /> motor boats with internal combustion engines in excess of <br /> ten horsepower within the confines of Santuit Pond in Mash- <br /> pee, Mass., and violation of this by--law shall be punishable <br /> by a fine of up to $50.0% or tale any other action thereon. <br /> Submitted by Santuit Pond Residents. <br /> Approved by Conservation Commission. <br /> Action: Moved and seconded that Article 61 be tabled. <br /> So voted. <br /> .Article 6 . To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br /> Board of Selectmen to appoint a Study Committee consisting <br /> of one member from the Planning- Board, Highway Depart- <br /> ment, School Committee, Historical Commission, Park and <br /> T Recreation Commission, to plan bicycle trails within the <br /> f{ <br /> yid <br />
