13 <br />Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was <br />voted to accept the article as read. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br />Town Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen to borrow <br />money from time to time in anticipation of revenue of the <br />financial year beginning on January 1, 1953, and to issue a <br />note or notes therefor payable in one year and to renew such <br />note or notes that may be given for a period of one year or <br />less. <br />Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was <br />voted to accept the article as read. <br />Vote: 53 for, none opposed. <br />Article 6. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br />Town Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen, to extend <br />for a period or periods not exceeding in the aggregate six <br />months beyond the maximum term provided by law any debt <br />or debts incurred under this vote. <br />Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was <br />voted to accept article as read. <br />Vote: 53 for, none apposed. Unanimous Vote <br />Article 7. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br />Town Treasurer with the approval of the Mashpee Advisory <br />Commission to assign any tax titles held by the Town. <br />Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was <br />voted to accept article as read. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />Article 8. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br />appropriate the sum of $2,600.00 to meet the Town's share of <br />Chapter 81 Highways, and in addition, to transfer from un- <br />appropriated available funds in the Treasury, the sum of <br />7,150.00 to meet the State's share of the cost of the work, the <br />reimbursements from the State to be restored, upon their
