Rothenberg & Pamela Ely, 18 Spoondrift Circle. Proposed demolition and NOI <br /> reconstruction of single-family dwelling and garage with landscape/hardscape modifications <br /> and mitigation plantings. <br /> At request of applicant, continued from 1211212020 for plan revisions. <br /> Eric Rothenberg, homeowner, presented plans and described the project. Modifications were <br /> made to the mitigation planting plan to include trees. Overall, the project is moving the house <br /> further away from the coastal bank. <br /> Agent said this meets performance standards, no other comments. <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to close and issue, Mr. O'Neill seconded. <br /> Vote: 5-0 unanimous <br /> 6:03 Jay J. & Elizabeth Derenzo, 134 Popponesset Island Road. Proposed modification to NOI <br /> existing float structure. Vote to continue to 2111 at 6:00 p.m. for Shellfish Constable to <br /> review site and resource areas. <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to continue to 2111 at 6:OOpm, Mr. O'Neill seconded. <br /> Vote: 5-0 unanimous <br /> 6:06 Lawrence A. & Karen R. Palmer, 63 Waterway. Proposed construction of single-family RDA <br /> dwelling and garage with hardscape/landscape modifications. <br /> Thomas Bunker from BSS Design presented plans. Homeowners Karen and Lawrence <br /> Palmer were present. <br /> Agent showed images of the undeveloped lot, which is located across the street from the top <br /> of coastal bank, no other comments. <br /> Mr. Colombo asked how many trees are coming out when "selectively thinning". Mr. Sweet <br /> said that we should simply mark trees, not condition the project. Agent said this area has <br /> been naturally thinned out over the years, preserving some large trees to prevent runoff would <br /> be the primary concern. Mr. Sweet said that the Agent or Asst Agent should look at the trees <br /> to make sure we don't lose any trees with value. <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved for a negative determination, Mr. O'Neill seconded. <br /> Vote: 5-0 unanimous <br />
