Albanese, et al Trustees, 48 Captains Row. Proposed construction of single- NOI <br /> family dwelling, septic system upgrade and hardscape/landscape modifications. <br /> Raul Lizardi-Rivera from Cape & Islands Engineering presented plans. A portion of the lot is <br /> set aside as a naturally vegetated area equal to 20% of the lot, for the purposes of meeting <br /> the performance standards under Regulation 25 (LSCSF) <br /> Agent read Board of Health comments and said this meets all performance standards, no <br /> other comments. <br /> Motion: Mr. O'Neill moved to close and issue, Mr. Colombo seconded. <br /> Vote: 5-0 unanimous <br /> 6:03 Roger Schiffman & Patricia Donnelly, 4 Mute Swan Circle. Proposed Amendment OOC AOOC <br /> 43-3036 to modify pool and patio area. Continued from 1211712020 for changes in plan. 43-3036 <br /> (Mr. O'Neill recused himself from this hearing.) <br /> Raul Lizardi-Rivera from Cape & Islands Engineering presented plans. Reduced <br /> hardscaping/patio area and incorporation of additional landscape beds <br /> Agent said it's a relatively minor change, a better change overall. This meets performance <br /> standards for coastal bank, no other comments. <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to approve the AOOC, Mr. Colombo seconded. <br /> Vote: 4-0 unanimous <br /> 6:06 Lawrence M. & Nancy J. Travers, 33 Fiddler Crab Lane. Proposed septic system upgrade. RDA <br /> Continued from 1211712020 due to scheduling conflict. <br /> John Doyle from J. Doyle Associates presented plans. Homeowner Nancy Travers was <br /> present. <br /> Agent mentioned the hazardous tree removals are being reviewed administratively, they are <br /> not part of this application. No other comments. <br /> Mr. Colombo asked about what happens in regards to filling in the abandoned tanks. Mr. <br /> Doyle answered that during the pumping process they will probably dry out some, and then <br /> they would pop the cover on the one on the NE side, and do it with a Bobcat. The one on the <br /> deck would involve pulling back part of the Rhododendron to get to the cover and fill from <br />
