Notice having been given and a public]gearing held, as provided by law, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: f that the NEW ENGLA D TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and . . ' CARE & VINEYARD �V!.WRICUMPMY he and they are hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to,as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 30th day of October Octobero 1947a. All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions.-- Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonable straight,and shall be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan marked—N. E. T. & T. CO., No. 703,,E Dated October 30., 1947 filed with said petition. Where may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to exceed , 40 wires and 2 cables. and by said UApt & VjLiqvjyARD (MUO OMPAN Y not to exceed nary wires, cabs.es and fixtures k and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less t 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 18 feet from the ground elsewhere. The following are the public gays or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be erected, and the number.of poles which may be erected thereon under this order..
