} MASS.FORM 564 ORDER FOR JOINT LOCATIONS—EXISTING POLES 11-1-45 In Board of Selectmen of the Town of MASHPEE.9 Massachusetts. x. ORDERED: That the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONEAND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and CAPE & VINEYARD ELE TRI[C COMPS each having locations in certain of the streets of the municipality, be and they are hereby granted a joint location for and permission jointly to maintain poles already existing and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon,together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as any of said Companies may deem " necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated 4 the 3rd day of November, 19 47. All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indicated upon the playa marked—N.. . T. & T. Co., No. 7035 Dated November 3., 1947—fled with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by said NEW NGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY''not to exceed 0 wires and 2 cables and by said CAPE & VINEYARD ECTRIC COMPANY not to exceed necessary- wires, cables and fixtures r and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 18 feet from the ground elsewhere.
