MASS.FORM 564 ORDER E FOR JOINT LOCATIONS—EXISTING POLES �3-1-45 In Board of Selectmen of the Town of MASHPEE., Massachusetts. ORDERED: That the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and CAPE & VINEYARD D ELECTRIC COMPANY k each having locations in certain of the streets of the municipality, be and they are hereby granted a joint location for and permission jointly to maintain poles already existing and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as any of said Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 3rd day of November,, 1947 . All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the fallowing conditions �- Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indicated upon the plan marked—N. E. T. & T. Co., No. 7036 ated o ember 3, 1947—filed with said petition. There may be attached to said doles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 40 wires and 2 cables and by said CAPE & VINEYARD IMECTRIG COMPANY not exceed necessary wire , cables and fixtures , and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a bei ht of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 18 feet frorn the ground elsewhere. The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to are located, and the number of poles:— BOURNE-RAY A ROAD from Sandwich Town Line, southerly 22 Poles. Also that permission be and hereby is granted to each of said Companies to lay and maintain under- ground laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersecting public ways for the par pose of making con- nections with such poles and buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes.
