M"S.FORM 364 ORDER FOR JOINT LOCATIONS—EXISTING POLES 11-1-45 In Board of Selectmen of the Town of MAS PEE ?` amachusetts. -j ORDERED: M4.x. That the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and CAPE & VIMARD ELECTRIC COMPANY each having locations in certain of the streets of the municipality, be and they are hereby granted a joint location for and.perrisior jointly to maintain poles already existing and their respective v'n*res and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as any of said Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 2 day of August 19 48. All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions: Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indicated upon the plan marked—N. E. T. & ' . Co., No. 169 Dated Ages 2 194&ed with said petition. Where may be attached to said poles by said NEW NGLAI D TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 40 wires and Z cables and by said CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY not to exceed necessary wires cables and fixtures and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 18 feet from the ground elsewhere.
