MASS,g FORM 561 ORDER FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS In Board of Selectmen of the Town of 1 ASHP E' '� r 4 Massa�, _-ttso 44 Notice ha vm' g been given and a public hearing]geld, as provided by law, IT .IS HEREBY ORDERED: that the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY be and they are hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to,bLs requested in petition of said Companies dated the 3rd day of February 1949. All construction under this order be is accordance with the following conditions:— Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight,and shall be set substantially at the points i di- cated. upon the plan marked—N. E. T. & T. CO., No. 276 Dated February 3 19 -9 wed with said petition. There may be -attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 40 wines and 2 -cables. and by said CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY nottDexceed necessary wires cables and fixtures i A and all'of'said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 18 feet from the ground elsewhere.
