He requested a vote to support the land swap and to <br /> support the disposition of Article 97. <br /> Motion: Mr. Colombo moved to support the land swap and the disposition of Article 97, Mr. <br /> Sweet seconded. <br /> Vote: 4-0 unanimous <br /> HEARINGS: <br /> 6:00 John S. & Carol D. Kelley, 174 Captains Row. Proposed removal, reconfiguration and NOI <br /> reconstruction of pier, ramp & float structure. <br /> Raul Lizardi-Rivera from Cape & Islands Engineering presented plans. <br /> Agent reviewed initial comments from the Shellfish Constable and Division of Marine <br /> Fisheries. Agent said even though there are no updated comments from the Shellfish <br /> Constable, he feels there is greater impact with the existing conditions than what it proposed. <br /> We can make it conditional that the Shellfish Constable have additional input. No other <br /> comments. <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to close and issue, Mr. Dalton seconded. <br /> Vote: 3-1 motion passed <br /> 6:03 Julie A. Griswold, 56 Alma Road. Proposed septic system upgrade. RDA <br /> Daniel Ojala from Down Cape Engineering presented plans. <br /> Agent said this is pretty straightforward, he read Board of Health comments. No other <br /> comments. <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved for a negative determination, Mr. Dalton seconded. <br /> Vote: 4-0 unanimous <br />
