Owner of record: Myron S. & Dorothy G. Studley. <br /> Michael Borselli from Falmouth Engineering presented plans. <br /> Agent commented on the kayak storage. If it's not within limits of salt marsh, you'll have to <br /> mitigate. <br /> Ms. Cadoret said that they did submit revised plans showing the kayak storage. <br /> Mike Borselli confirmed the revised plans were submitted. <br /> Agent said this meets the standards under Regulation 29, no other comments. <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to close and issue, Mr. O'Neil seconded. <br /> Vote: 6-0 unanimous <br /> 6:18 David A. & Danielle R. Ayotte, 28 Nehoiden Road. Proposed construction of affordable housing development. Owner of record: Mashpee <br /> Affordable Housing Trust. Representatives: Doug Dempsey, POAH. David Quinn, HAC. <br /> Amy Ball from The Horsley Witten Group presented plans. <br /> Agent said not much to add, he was onsite with Amy Ball. Proposed pathway, access NOI <br /> ladder and elevated boardwalk with mitigation plantings. <br /> Applicant requested a continuance to 12/17/20 due to no DEP number. <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to continue to 12/17/20 at 6:06pm. <br /> Vote: 6-0 unanimous <br />
