10 <br /> Board of Selectmen-Finance Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> February 8, 2021 <br /> Wastewater Discussions: (continued) <br /> It was agreed the information; 75% design to be provided by the project engineer by March 15, 2021 will be <br /> forwarded directly to the Finance Committee and a special meeting is likely to be called. There are multiple <br /> layers of the project scope that require additional review and refinement. Objective decisions would be <br /> presented in detail. The timeline will be a useful tool for the taxpayers outlining the schedule and sequence of <br /> the events. <br /> All parties involved in the process will receive the same information working toward a good faith group action. <br /> The Town of Mashpee is in a good position to receive substantial assistance from the Clean Water State <br /> Revolving Fund and from the Cape Cod&Islands Water Protection Fund and details are generally refined in <br /> the ongoing process. <br /> With respect to the Enviromnental Report preliminary work is complete and the issue of the plume has been <br /> fully vetted within the compliance process. There is no reasonable anticipation this would become a potential <br /> impediment.
