Taylor <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Cotton at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> MINUTES <br /> Monday February 1, 2021 Regular Session: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to approve the minutes of Monday, February 1, 2021 Regular <br /> Session as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Weeden. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Sherman, yes <br /> Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Weeden,yes Opposed, none <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> Public Comment: None at this time. <br /> Public Hearing(Continued from January 11 2021)• Liquor License Application for a Change of License <br /> Classification New Seabury Resources Management d/b/a New Seabury Athletic Club and Pool 60-80 Cross <br /> Road Mashpee MA 02649• Scott Mullen,Manager Chris Card: <br /> The Board of Selectmen acting as the Licensing Authority for the Town of Mashpee opened the Public Hearing <br /> on the Liquor License Amendment Application of New Seabury Resources Management,Inc. d/b/a New <br /> Seabury Athletic Club and Pool, 60-80 Cross Road,Mashpee,MA, Scott Mullen,Manager for a Change of <br /> License Classification from Annual to Seasonal. The Public Hearing was continued from Monday, January 11, <br /> 2021. <br /> In accordance with posting procedures, the Hearing notice was read aloud into the record. Chris Card was in <br /> attendance on behalf of New Seabury Resources Management to review the application with the Select Board. <br /> Mr. Card indicated due to the pandemic it is not feasible to open the facility on an annual basis. In the future, <br /> this may change. <br /> The classification of the licensed premise from Annual All Alcohol to Seasonal All Alcohol would be valid <br /> from April Pt to January 15'h. If the ABCC approves the amendment,the licensee would cease the service of <br /> alcoholic beverages on the licensed premises until April 1, 2021. <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned as follows; <br />
