Collins updated the Select Board of matters relative to COVID-19 as follows; <br /> There is one new positive case bringing forth a total of 109 cases with 6 persons in isolation. <br /> Governor Charles D. Baker has issued new Executive Order regarding COVIDI9 measures effective November <br /> 6, 2020. This includes; <br /> Mandatory Night-Time Closing Period for Certain Businesses and Activities; <br /> Businesses, facilities or activities included in the categories listed must close their premises to the public each <br /> day not later than 9:30 p.m. and may not re-open their premises to the public before 5:00 a.m., <br /> Restriction on Service and Sale of Alcohol and Adult-Use Cannabis during the Mandatory Closing Period. <br /> Included is the directive from the Department of Public Health the Stay at Home Advisory urges all persons in <br /> the Commonwealth to remain at home between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. to slow the spread of the <br /> virus, preserve hospital capacity and to save lives. <br /> Face coverings are required at all public places. The gatherings at private residences are limited to 10 indoors <br /> and limited to 25 persons outdoors. <br /> At this time Town Manager Collins has recommended that Town Hall remain on its current status with limited <br /> access to the public. <br />
