16 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> February 22, 2021 <br /> ANNUAL TOWN MEETING WARRANT <br /> Discussion and Approval of Draft#1 May 3 2021 Special and Annual Town Meeting Warrant Articles: <br /> Article <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer from the FY 2022 Community Preservation Fund <br /> Estimated Revenues the sum of $40,000 to the Community Preservation Committee Administrative and <br /> Operating Expense Account, pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L., C. 44B, §5, including any necessary costs <br /> related thereto, as recommended by the Community Preservation Committee or take any other action relating <br /> thereto. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to include and recommend the FY 2022 Community Preservation Fund <br /> appropriation to the CPC Administrative& Operating Expense Account. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Gottlieb. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Sherman, yes <br /> Selectman Gottlieb, yes Selectman Weeden, yes Opposed, none <br /> Article <br /> To see if the Town will vote to continue participation in the Community Septic Management Program and the <br /> Massachusetts Water Pollution Abatement Trust (MWPAT) for the purpose of making loans to residents of the <br /> Town for repairing and/or upgrading residential septic systems pursuant to agreements between the Board of <br /> Health and residential property owners, including all costs incidental and related thereto, or to take any other <br /> action relating thereto. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to include and support the Community Septic Management Program and <br /> the Massachusetts Water Pollution Abatement Trust loan program. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Sherman, yes <br /> Selectman Gottlieb, yes Selectman Weeden, yes Opposed, none <br />
